Warehouse Development Carrum Downs
A design and construct package consisting of 52 warehouses complete with LED lighting through out, office fit outs, NBN pit and pipe network. This project also included the installation of a 500kva substation. Bradlec have the machinery and equipment to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
New Port Mill Warehouse Development
New Port Mill in Melbourne has been converted into a new modern facility home to 38 new warehouses. Part of the old brick building has been converted into warehouses along with modern style factories on the site. Light poles, NBN and CCTV are just some of the many features on this project.
